Welcome to Vivo Calm! We strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and in the best condition. Please read the shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed and delivered:

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared within 1-3 business days. This time is dedicated to inspecting, packaging, and handing over the product to the shipping carrier. Please note that we do not ship on public holidays.

2. Shipping Time: Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, delivery typically takes between 7 to 15 business days. (Note: Shipping times may vary based on destination and customs conditions beyond our control).

3. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the email.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Address Changes or Cancellations: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order via email at vivocalm.support@gmail.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments: In the event that your shipment is delayed beyond 30 days, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier to ensure the issue is resolved in your favor.
